Little Thom's Big Cloak

Though you can add this quest to your log relatively early in the
game, it's best not to set out to complete it until you are at Level
Three or better, and have added some more potent weapons and skills
to your arsenal.

You need do nothing special except to talk to Allison to receive the
quest, but you will need to take a jaunt down to Wizard's Folly and
follow the path to the west that is located north of Foible's Fair
in order to find a bear that will drop the needed pelt. There are many
bears in this area (as there are bandits and their blood sworn) so be
prepared for several fights before you find a bear that will drop a pelt.

Once you have the item, head back to Ashford and let Allison turn it
into a cloak which she will give you, which in turn you need to give to
Thom who is located at the Barradin Estate, west of Ascalon.
